GREATEST BASKETBALL PLAYER OF ALL TIME

The purpose of this blog is for basketball fans to voice their opinion as to who was the best to ever do it. Michael Jordan is definately at the very top of my list, but with players like Majic Johnson, George Gervin, Julius Erving, Wilt Chamberlain, Larry Bird, etc...etc.... It's kinda tough for me to choose, but I still think the G.O.A.T (greatest of all time) award Goes to MJ. Tell me what YOU think sportsfans!! And please people, KEEP IT CLEAN!!

Noone was more valuable to his team and the fact that the Bulls win 3 straight championships, and then don't win a championship until he comes back, and they win 3 more straight! Michael Jordan did things in basketball that no other player could even dream of doing, except maybe Lebron in about 3 more years [ Reply to Comment ]

Everyone continues to say MJ did more for his team(made others better), but what we are talking about is best player. The game of basketball was changed because of him. However if a guard has to be voted for then Oscar Robertson he did it all rebound, assists, score O and by the way he played defense! [ Reply to Comment ]

The best does not mean winng championships or making other players better. However if it must be a guard then Oscar Robertson he scored, assist, rebound and by the way he played defense! You wanna talk about changing the game of basketball...when a team has to focus all their attention and game plan around a player...when a player can constantly drop 30 on a team and consistently win by utilizing teammates...I understand there are many game changers, but Michael Jordan began a new era of greatness and changed the game as a whole [ Reply to Comment ]
